Ticket Cancellations and Refunds

Tickets can be cancelled based on a number of conditions. Tickets booked from Ticketafari can be cancelled 24 hours prior the departure time. If different it will be shown on the partner's terms of use.
Partner's service provider cancellation and refund policy applies which is available before booking the ticket.Then the refund process can start which can be up to 7 days for approval and money transfer.

Account can be created in a number of ways such as using your eamil account, social accounts or phone number.
If you forgot your password click the link "forgot password" when you try to sign in. A link to reset your password will be sent to the registered email. If there are any issues please contact our customer service or email us at ticketsafariofficial@gmail.com.
Yes. You can close your account by email us at ticketsafariofficial@gmail.com. Please note closing your account will remove all previous booked tickets.
